USING REGARAGITATE

Terms of Service

Effective September 6, 2026

Regaragitate helps garage stuff find a good new home. It does not own, inspect, deliver, guarantee, or process payment for listed items.

Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using Regaragitate, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information through the supported sign-in provider and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, or use another person’s account without permission.

Listings and offers

A listing means the owner is willing to consider requests for the item. A request is free by default. A recipient may instead state a maximum monetary offer and may add a personal appeal explaining why the owner should choose them. Except when the owner has enabled “first request wins,” the owner has complete discretion to accept any request or none at all; the highest monetary offer does not win automatically.

If a cash offer is selected, the seller may choose an amount between the listing’s minimum price (free means $0.00) and the lower of the selected request’s cash offer or the applicable second-highest cash offer. With no competing cash offer, the listing’s minimum price is the maximum charge. Regaragitate displays the chosen amount but does not process payment. The seller retains the right to choose any recipient regardless of cash offer.

When “first request wins” is enabled, the first valid request is selected automatically. Otherwise, if exactly one request remains 24 hours after it was submitted, that requester is automatically selected. A selected recipient must pick up the item promptly after selection.

Regaragitate does not process payments, hold funds, provide escrow, arrange shipping, or take title to items. Users are solely responsible for any payment, taxes, transfer, transportation, and compliance obligations arising from their arrangement.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos, messages, and other content you submit. You grant Regaragitate a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, display, and adapt that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it is accurate and lawful.

Prohibited use and items

You may not use the service to offer illegal, stolen, recalled, counterfeit, dangerous, or regulated goods; weapons; controlled substances; live animals; personal data; or anything you do not have the right to transfer. Do not upload photos containing faces, bystanders, reflections of people, unrelated body parts, intrusive private information, identification documents, payment cards, visible house-key patterns, or license plates. One hand, optionally with its connected arm, may appear only when it is presenting the listed item and does not expose identifying details.

You may not harass, threaten, discriminate against, defraud, spam, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass safeguards, or use the service in a way that endangers another person or property. Automated photo review is a guardrail, not approval or a guarantee.

Pickup responsibilities

Before receiving private pickup instructions, a selected recipient must accept the displayed pickup checklist: pick up promptly, take only the assigned item and leave other property undisturbed, and accept the item as-is with no warranty or guarantee.

Users choose whether, where, and how to meet. Consider daylight pickup, a public or monitored location, and bringing another person when appropriate. Never enter an area without explicit permission. Either party may cancel if a situation feels unsafe.

Items are provided as-is

Items are offered by users, not Regaragitate, and are provided as-is and as-available. Regaragitate does not verify ownership, identity beyond the sign-in process, item condition, safety, legality, value, description, or fitness for a particular purpose. Inspect an item and use appropriate judgment before accepting, moving, paying for, or using it.

Enforcement and termination

We may reject or remove content, limit access, suspend accounts, preserve relevant records, or terminate service when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind. Regaragitate is not responsible for user conduct, listings, offers, item defects, injuries, property damage, failed pickups, disputes, or losses arising from arrangements between users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regaragitate and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The revised Terms become effective when posted with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms.
